The Home Weatherization Assistance Program HWAP is an energy conservation program designed to help low income residents use less energy while increasing the comfort of their homes.

Clinton Maid is a full maid service that has been in operation since October The Homemakers provide sweeping, mopping, dusting, oven and refrigerator cleaning, window cleaning, bathroom cleaning, and all general cleaning services. The apartments are well taken care of and any maintenance needs are always handled in a timely manner. The staff is very flexible, they listen and act on complaints, and they try and put good families in the apartments.

They did not cut any corners and checked everything. One room in the house is eight degrees cooler than before the weatherization was completed. It is imperative that we strengthen the work that we do by advocating for equal access for all members of our community to education, health, employment, and economic systems.

CAPIC will continue to work closely with local government, elected officials, law enforcement, the faith community, and local service providers to support initiatives that strengthen the communities that we serve as well as work to improve the quality of life for all residents.
