Download preview for developers from Windows phone Then go to Windows phone app studio and sign in and register with your Microsoft account. Then open preview for developer app and sign in again with Microsoft account and check the box enable preview. Now check for updates you will get it. Yup you will get notified as usual I haven't seen any bug except advance setting of internet explorer is not showing up Not a big deal..
